Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 3, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of Exhibiteur’s internal business systems and any related software integrations operated by Bartelt Solutions LLC, doing business as Exhibiteur.
Purpose
Exhibiteur uses software integrations to connect authorized business systems, including QuickBooks Online, Notion, and workflow-automation platforms. These integrations are used for internal financial reporting, project management, operational planning, and administrative purposes.
Authorized Use
Access is limited to Exhibiteur personnel and other users specifically authorized by Exhibiteur. Users may not access, copy, modify, distribute, or use the systems or information for unauthorized purposes.
QuickBooks Online Data
When an authorized user connects a QuickBooks Online company, the integration may access accounting and business information needed to provide internal reports and operational dashboards.The integration will access and use only the information reasonably necessary for its stated business purpose. QuickBooks Online data will not be sold or used for advertising.
Data Storage and Security
Exhibiteur uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Third-Party Services
The integration may rely on third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Notion, n8n, website-hosting providers, and related technology vendors. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and Changes
Exhibiteur may modify, suspend, or discontinue an integration at any time. These Terms may also be updated periodically. The effective date shown above will identify the latest version.
Disclaimer
The systems and integrations are provided on an “as available” basis. Exhibiteur does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all reports will be free from errors. Financial information produced through an integration should be reviewed before being used for accounting, tax, legal, or financial decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bartelt Solutions LLC and Exhibiteur will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, these systems or integrations.
Termination and Disconnection
Exhibiteur may revoke access at any time. Users may disconnect a QuickBooks Online company through QuickBooks Online or by contacting Exhibiteur.
Following disconnection, Exhibiteur will stop retrieving new QuickBooks Online data. Previously retrieved information will be retained or deleted according to Exhibiteur’s privacy policy and legitimate legal, accounting, and business-record requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
